The New Johnson Pediatric Clinic was opened in January of 2009. The clinic has a large play area for all ages and educational materials for children and parents. There are two monitors with educational videos. The building itself is a remodeled automobile dealership built in 1932 - and is on the State's historic preservation listing. We have twelve modern examination rooms, a laboratory and a highly skilled staff. We have access to all the specialties in the community, and, to Roanoke, Charlottesville and Richmond with a specialist to obtain Medicaid and Famis for eligible children. We see children by appointment and walk-ins. This clinic is the largest of its kind in the state of Virginia.
