Family Medicine Physician - Lynchburg Location

The Board Certified Family Medicine Physician works as part of the clinical provider team performing a variety of direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, evaluation, implementation of treatment plans, and monitoring of follow-up for clinic patients. Physicians may assist in supervision of PA’s or NP’s Successful candidate will have graduated from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, completed an approved residency program in his/her medical specialty, be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Virginia and have the ability to relate effectively with patients and staff. Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner (Adult) - Lynchburg Location

Dental Assistant - Atherholt and Madison Heights Locations

Substance Abuse Care Coordinator (RN)

The Substance Abuse Care Coordinator (SACC) works as an integral member of the multidisciplinary Office Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) team under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing and co-supervision of the DATE 2000 waivered practitioner.  The SACC will provide integrated care coordination and nursing services to individuals in a federally (HRSA) qualified community health center (FQHC) based OBOT setting while also functioning as the interim program director.  Qualified candidates must have a valid and current RN license, minimum of 3 years’ experience as an RN, and minimum of year experience working with patients with substance use disorders (does not have to be nursing related experience).  If interested, please submit a cover letter and resume to: [email protected] and reference: POS 522.
