Johnson Health Center offers free transportation to and from medical appointments for patients living in Amherst, Bedford or Campbell Counties, Appomattox and the City of Lynchburg. The van is available from 8:30am-4pm Monday through Thursday. Fridays are reserved for specialty referral appointments. Patients should let the call center know they would like transportation when scheduling their medical appointment. There is no charge for this service.
