Often patients can manage the disease through healthful choices like diet and exercise however sometimes medication is needed to assist in lowering these glucose levels. At Johnson Health Center, we offer a class to patients interested in learning more about lifestyle changes they can make to help manage diabetes. Many of the participants have had significant success such as losing weight, lowering their sugar levels and learning how to maintain these positive results.
