Home Delivery

You can have your prescriptions sent directly to your home through our mail delivery program. Any prescription can be mailed, including refrigerated medications such as insulin. Let our pharmacy staff know that you would like to have your medications mailed to you and we will take care of the rest!

Medication Assistance Program

Johnson Health Center recognizes the cost of prescription medications can be overwhelming and, in an effort to meet this need, offers a Medication Assistance Program (MAP). MAP allows JHC patients to receive designated medications at a reduced cost. The patient simply needs to express a need to the provider for medication assistance in order to begin the process.

As a service to our patients, JHC submits applications for medication assistance with each pharmaceutical company. Once a patient is approved, our MAP Coordinator orders the patient’s prescribed medications. Some medications are delivered to JHC’s pharmacy where patients can pick them up, and some can be delivered directly to the patient’s house.

Clinical Pharmacist

Johnson Health Center has a Clinical Pharmacist, Caroline Brown, PharmD, on-site who can help you develop a long-term preventative care plan and manage your health conditions.

Services Include:

  • Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

If you’ve had Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) for longer than 12 months, you can get a yearly “Wellness” visit to develop or update your personalized plan to help prevent disease or disability, based on your current health and risk factors.

  • Medication Therapy Management and Drug List Reviews

Ensures optimum therapeutic outcomes through improved medication use and reduces the risk of adverse events.

Johnson Health Center operates its own pharmacy making pick-up easy and convenient for patients!
