James River Dental Clinic and Amelon Square Immediate Care consolidated to this location effective Monday, June 17th, 2024.

This location offers primary care for both adult and pediatric patients. In addition, behavioral health, dental and pharmaceutical services are offered. The office houses a fitness & wellness center opening to patients Fall of 2024. This office is accepting new patients. All insurances are accepted. Uninsured or underinsured patients may apply for a reduced fee rate based on household size and income.

Clinic: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-6pm | Fri 7:30am-5pm | Sat 7:30am-1pm
Dental: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-5:30pm | Fri 7:30am-5:00pm
Pharmacy: Mon-Thurs 8:00am-6:00pm | Fri 8:00am-5:00pm | Sat 8:00am-1:00pm
